Their programs include partial hospitalization (PHP), an intensive outpatient program (IOP), and outpatient therapy (OP) at their beautiful center in San Antonio, Texas. These programs range from a 1 to 6 month time commitment. Clients are encouraged to break the cycle of addiction by developing healthy skills. The program therapies are highly individualized and include individual and group therapy, reality and solution-based therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT) as well as art and music therapy. Clients are taught stress management and social skills and can be assisted with medication management as needed.
